Shipping policy

At Maison Ovia, we want your delivery experience to be as clear and transparent as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

Because our jewelry is made to order, most orders are processed and enter production within 1–4 business days. During holidays, promotional periods, and peak gifting seasons, processing may take longer.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Ireland

  • selected international destinations

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery location, and carrier availability at checkout. (Luxus Love Jewellery)

3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary by destination and order contents. Depending on your location, shipping may be handled by carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Tracking is provided where available.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on destination, carrier, customs processing, and the products ordered.

For most destinations, standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–11 business days after dispatch, depending on the location and shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimates only and not guarantees. This range reflects the underlying supplier times with an additional safety margin.

Some products, destinations, or peak periods may require additional time.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • selected shipping method

  • products ordered

  • quantity and package weight

We offer free standard shipping on U.S orders of $70 USD or more

For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost shown at checkout will apply.

6. Seasonal Dispatch Timing Option

At certain times of the year, we may offer an optional dispatch timing service intended to help your order ship closer to a gifting occasion, such as:

  • Mother’s Day

  • Valentine’s Day

  • Father’s Day

  • Christmas

  • birthdays

  • anniversaries

  • similar occasions

This option is designed to help with gift timing, but it does not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delivery timing remains dependent on production, dispatch, destination, customs, and carrier performance.

7. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note:

  • tracking may take time to update after label creation

  • some international routes may show limited tracking updates

  • customs processing may delay visible tracking events

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • delivery delays may occur

  • we may not be able to modify the order once it enters production or shipping

  • additional charges may apply if reshipment is required

9. Changes After Ordering

If you need to request an address update or order change, please contact us immediately at hello@maisonovia.com.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has begun.

10. Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivered Orders

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier network.

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking first and contact us if you need help reviewing the shipment.

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first

  • then contact us so we can review the case with you

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for every delivered-but-missing claim, but we will review each case fairly.

11. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

12. Bulk Orders

Large orders or multi-item orders may require additional handling time or a custom shipping quote.
